WHAT’S CONSIDERED LOCAL?
Local Pickup is available for those living within the city limits of Niagara Falls and Town of Niagara.
- At Checkout, 2 options are presented. Select Local Pickup and Pay for your order. You’ll be contacted to schedule Pickup once your order has been processed.
- If the Local Pickup option isn’t available, you may reside outside our designated Pickup area or we aren’t currently offering it at the moment.
PICKUP LOCATION
Our designated Pickup Location is within the city of Niagara Falls, NY. You’ll receive the address after the pickup time has been agreed upon.
PROCESSING TIME
Standard Processing Time: 1-2 Business Days and 2-3 Business Days during the Holiday Season.
- Invoices are processed and fulfilled in the order received. We do our best to have Local Pickup orders ready within 24 hours.
PICKUP TIME LIMIT
Once contacted to arrange pickup, customer has 48 hours to retrieve their order.
- After 48 hours the pickup option will be cancelled, a shipping invoice will be emailed to the address provided during checkout. Your order will be shipped once the invoice has been paid in full.
- Please be advised that failure to pickup your order during the allotted timeframe, does not grant you a refund or store credit.
IDENTIFICATION
Valid Government Issued Photo ID Required. All forms of ID must be current, severely damaged or expired ID’s will not be accepted.
- Accepted Forms of ID: Valid NYS Driver’s License, NYS Identification Card, NYS Benefit Card with photo, Passport Card or Book.
PICKUP PROCEDURE
When you arrive please have your ID out and ready, so we can expedite your pickup.
- Verify Your Identity: The name on the ID must match the name on the order. The face on the ID must match the face in front of us.
- Pickup Sheet: Once you sign and date the sheet, you will be given your order. An Order Pickup receipt will be emailed shortly after.
Please Be Advised: For our personal safety, we do not allow additional people to be present during pickup
THIRD-PARTY PICKUPS
Currently we do not allow Third-Party Pickups of any kind!
- Purchaser is the only individual authorized to pick up the order.
- You may not send someone else with your ID while you’re on FaceTime. You may not sit in the car while someone else collects the order.
- Verbal or Written Authorization via text, email, audio recording, etc. are not permitted.
MULTIPLE ORDERS
If multiple Local Pickup Orders are placed, we will contact you to consolidate them into one pickup.
- Only orders selected for pickup are available, unfortunately orders selected for shipping can not be changed once given to the carrier.
DISCLAIMER
Local Pickup is extended at our discretion and all policy rules are non-negotiable. The new process has run smoothly and we greatly appreciate you respecting our policy.
- If you can not or do not intend to adhere to our policy rules, we kindly ask that you select the Shipping option instead.
